Mind Over Matter

Mind Over Matter Mantra

Hi friends! Thanks for hanging out with me this week. It has been a bit tough for me as I get this blog thing going. How often do I want to post versus how often do you want me to post versus what is God laying on my heart to share? I’m posting things I’ve had on my mind for a while a little more frequently than I really intended but sometimes God leads you to do things for a reason. I think someone has needed to read the words I have posted this week. So here goes one more. I hope you enjoy!

Each week on Wednesday, I will post a Mind Over Matter Mantra to get us over the work week hump or just give us that extra pep in our step we need to make it through the rest of Wednesday. 💃🏼

This week at home we’re talking a lot about gratitude. Finding it. Seeing it. And speaking it.

Sometimes gratitude is hard to come by. Sometimes down in the dumps thinking clouds your mind with garbage. Get out of the dumpster folks and rejoice in the day the Lord has made.

Trust me. It’s what the cool kids (aka me and the hubs) are doing.

“This is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.” -Psalms 118:24 ESV

Like it? Share it. Post it. Tweet it. Hashtag it. (Try #MrsJulieMassie or #MindOverMatterMantra) Or comment below about it.

P.S. – Why Mind Over Matter? Well, this is something Ryan often says to me when I’m dragging my feet, unmotivated, or hiding inside my house being an anti-social extrovert. “Mind over matter, Julie. You gotta get moving. You like these people. Let’s go.” My husband is my rock and my strongest supporter/pusher out the door-er (that’s not a word but it’s my blog and I can make up whatever words I want). Needless to say, this week I am grateful for my wonderful husband! I love my husband more than my whole life.

What are you grateful for this week??
